Eric CHALOIN

Eric CHALOIN has a diverse work experience in the field of embedded software development and integration. Eric started their career in 2010 at STMicroelectronics, where they worked as a System and Validation Engineer in the SetTopBox R&D division. Eric'sresponsibilities included developing test benches, managing embedded platforms, and optimizing the Linux system.

In 2013, Eric joined ADENTIS as an Embedded Software Developer Consultant. Eric worked with various companies in the Grenoble area, specializing in on-board electronics development and audio/video processing. Eric also collaborated with research laboratories and start-ups.

Since 2017, Eric has been working at Kalray, where they have held two roles. In their first role as an Embedded Software Developer, they focused on autonomous driving projects for a French concept car and a helicopter autopilot system for an international manufacturer. Eric was responsible for developing dedicated drivers, implementing applicative frameworks, and providing on-site support.

In their current role as an Embedded Software and Integration Engineer, Eric is involved in the development of next-generation ADAS and automated driving systems in collaboration with NXP. Eric integrates Kalray's hardware accelerator and software stack into the NXP BlueBox™ 3.0, an autonomous driving platform.

Overall, Eric CHALOIN has gained extensive experience in embedded software development, particularly in the automotive and aeronautic industries.

From 2006 to 2007, Eric Chaloin attended Lycée Vaucanson Grenoble, where they obtained a Baccalauréat in sciences et techniques industrielles with a specialization in Génie Electronique.

Following this, Eric Chaloin pursued their education at Grenoble INP Esisar from 2007 to 2013. Eric earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electronique, informatique et systèmes (EIS) during this period.
