Greg Furmidge

Greg Furmidge has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Greg is currently working as a Principal Architect and Operations Director at Kalray since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of VP Global Sales at ArcaStream, where they were responsible for delivering software-defined scale-out storage and data management solutions. Greg also served as a Sales Director at ArcaStream and Pixit Media, where they provided enterprise-class storage and archive solutions for the Post-Production and Broadcast industries.

Greg has also worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Sales Specialist, specializing in BCS (HP-UX, Open VMS, Linux, Windows) and NonStop systems. Earlier in their career, they were a Partner at LP Studios, a creative consultancy and design agency, where they offered business consulting and design services.

Additionally, Greg has extensive experience at OCF plc, starting as a Senior HPC Technical Presales Resource and eventually becoming the HPC Account Manager. During their tenure, they successfully implemented varied CAE, HPC, and Visualization solutions for the UK industrial sector. Greg also held several administration roles and was appointed as the Purchasing Manager.
