Cheng Qian

Cheng Qian is a Senior Scientist and Application Scientist at Kalsec Inc. since December 2018, leading application studies for antioxidant products and providing technical support to customers. Cheng also spearheads regulatory extension projects in China, develops sales tools, and collaborates with headquarters and universities on new product stability testing. Previously, Cheng worked at Kerry, first as an RD&A Technologist from November 2016 to November 2018, managing R&D projects in the sauce and condiment sector, and then as a Quality Assurance Technologist from September 2015 to September 2016, where responsibilities included designing environmental monitoring plans and assisting with food safety plan revisions. Cheng holds a Master's Degree in Food Process Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering from Donghua University.
