Jennifer Young

Jennifer Young is a Manager-Food Protection (Antioxidant Applications) at Kalsec Inc. since February 2020. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a Senior Scientist-Applications at the same company Jennifer joined in 2013 as an Application Development Scientist at J. Rettenmaier USA LP. Jennifer has also worked as an R&D Scientist at Kerry Ingredients and Flavors and as a Research Assistant at Purdue University. With a Master's degree in Food Science from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Idaho, Jennifer has a strong background in research, development, and application of ingredients in food products.
