Dana Gofer

Dana Gofer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at Hotam Ishi, managing mid-level recruitments in Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, and Marketing. From 2009 to 2013, they held roles at Gilat Satellite Networks, including Planning & Control (CRM system implementation) and Associate Project Manager (managing projects in Asia and Europe regions). At NCR Corporation, from 2013 to 2015, they worked in PMO, handling resource planning, budget management, and project management. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Project Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals, overseeing global leadership and development programs and HR projects. Currently, they are working at Kaltura, where they started as a Delivery Manager in 2018 and progressed to become a Director of Delivery Management and now Senior Director of Delivery Management, leading teams, initiating strategic initiatives, and improving efficiency.

Dana Gofer completed an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they studied at The College of Management from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a BA in Communication and Management.
