James M. Barrett

James M. Barrett has extensive experience in the legal field. James M. currently holds the position of Senior Director and Legal Counsel at Kaltura since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Corporate Counsel at RapidRatings from January 2021 to May 2023. In this role, they led negotiations for major commercial transactions and provided legal advice on various matters. Before that, James worked as Corporate Counsel at Pomeroy from May 2011 to December 2020. James M. also gained experience as an Associate at Epstein Arlen LLC and as a Legal Extern at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). James started their career as a Summer Associate at Charm Sciences, Inc. in 2009.
