Director Project Delivery & Operations, Customer Experience at Kaltura

Na'ama B. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Na'ama started as a QA Engineer at Comverse in 1999 and worked there until 2006. Na'ama then joined Polycom where they held various roles including QA Lead, QA Team Lead, QA Manager, and Project Manager. Their responsibilities at Polycom included managing testing activities, building and planning test strategy, and overseeing the project life cycle. Na'ama then joined Kaltura in 2017 as Director QA and later took on roles such as Director Project Delivery, Professional Services APAC, and Director Project Delivery & Operations, Customer Experience. At Kaltura, they were responsible for project management, implementing internal processes and strategic changes, and working with cross-functional teams.

Na'ama B. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management & Communication from The Open University of Israel in 2005. Na'ama is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution.
