Selvakumar Panneerselvam

Selvakumar Panneerselvam has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Selvakumar is currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering at Kaltura, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Account Manager at Kaltura from September 2022 to January 2024. Before joining Kaltura, Selvakumar was a Senior Solutions Engineer and Solutions Architect at the same company from April 2021 to September 2022.

Before their time at Kaltura, Selvakumar worked at Huawei Technologies India as the Lead Architect for IPTV/OTT Delivery in the CEE & Nordic region from April 2020 to April 2021. Selvakumar also held the role of Principal Solution Architect at Tech Mahindra from October 2018 to April 2020.

Selvakumar's earlier experience includes working as a Solution Architect for IPTV/OTT/Hybrid projects at Huawei from January 2012 to October 2018. Selvakumar has also served as a Senior Software Engineer at R Systems from August 2010 to December 2011, and as an Analyst at Verizon Data Service from June 2008 to June 2010.

Selvakumar started their career as a Software Engineer at California Software from July 2006 to June 2008, where they primarily focused on C++ UI development and porting. Selvakumar also worked as a Member Product Development Engineer at Lattice Bridge Infotech from June 2005 to May 2006.

Throughout their career, Selvakumar has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of solution engineering, architecture, and software development, particularly in the areas of IPTV/OTT and hybrid technologies.

Selvakumar Panneerselvam earned a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Anna University, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. Selvakumar then pursued an MBA degree at the University of Madras from 2006 to 2008. In 2021, Selvakumar attended two institutions to obtain professional certifications in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Selvakumar completed a PGP program in Artificial Intelligence at The University of Texas at Austin and another PGP program in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at Great Lakes Institute of Management. In 2016, they received various knowledge certifications in the Application Framework, Business Process Framework, Frameworx Framework, TM Forum Information Framework, and TMF from TM Forum.
