Zvi Maayan

Zvi “Ziki” Maayan joined Kaltura in December 2022 as Executive Vice-President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Before joining Kaltura, Zvi served as the Executive Vice-President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Ceragon Networks Ltd. from 2019 to 2022, as the Executive Vice President Business Development & Subsidiaries of Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd. from 2015 to 2019, as the Vice-President and as the General Counsel of Elbit Imaging Ltd. and Elbit Medical Technologies Ltd. from 2008 to 2015, and prior to that as a senior associate in Israeli leading law firms. He is a Bar-Ilan University graduate (LL.B., LL.M., cum laude) and a lecturer at the Ono Academic College.
