Karen Davenport

Karen Davenport is a Senior User Researcher at Kaluza, with previous experience in user research at OVO Energy and service design and marketing at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Karen has also worked as a consultant at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd and as a Communications Manager at the NHS. Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
