Jennifer Tom is currently the Senior Asset Manager at Kamehameha Schools since December 2015. With previous experience as a Senior Manager at CBRE and an Associate at Jefferies & Company, Lehman Brothers, Citigroup, and Transwestern Commercial Services, Jennifer has a strong background in real estate financing, market analysis, and corporate acquisitions. Jennifer holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a BS in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, and graduated from Punahou School.
