Linn Hoel Ringvoll

Linn Hoel Ringvoll is the Managing Director of Norge at Kameo. Linn has previously worked as a lawyer for Kluge Advokatfirma AS, where they assisted finance institutions, national and international corporations and public entities with a variety of legal issues. Linn has also worked as an external lawyer, giving legal advice in connection with assessment of international risk and mitigating the same through negotiations and contracts. Her experience includes general contract management, drafting shareholder agreements and handling shareholder disputes, professional liability disputes, guarantee disputes, company restructurings, strategic and legal advice to shareholders, complex international ship-, helicopter- and company financing (including project finance, ship finance, financial leasing and bonds), acquisition of companies, corporate governance advice, drafting charter parties, and piracy at sea.

Linn Hoel Ringvoll has a master's degree in law from the University of Oslo (UiO) and has studied private international law at the Hague Academy of International Law.

Linn Hoel Ringvoll reports to Sebastian Martens Harung, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Søren Grube Brandt Dragsdal - Head of Sales, Jesper M. Johansen - Managing Director, Danmark, and Cecilia Enlund - Chief Marketing Officer.
