Charlene Amos

Charlene Amos, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources. Charlene started their career at Goodyear in 1995 as an HR Specialist, where they provided HR services to over 200 employees, created employment policies, conducted training, and handled employee relations. In 2001, they joined KaMin, LLC as an HR Director, where they currently hold the position.

Charlene Amos, SPHR, earned a Master's degree in Management with an HR Concentration from Troy University, which they attended from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Cameron University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
