María Borrero

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance, and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care products and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and was a university instructor teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México.
