Sharon Smith

Sharon Smith is a graduate of Missouri State with a BS in Management and Religious Studies and currently serves as the Director of Transportation. She has 1 brother, 1 sister and is an Aunt to 10, Great Aunt to 21 and adopted Aunt to many others - she describes this as the BEST gig ever! Her favorite pastimes are watching sports of all kinds and traveling to see Gods creation, having been to all 50 states and 4 countries. She began working summers at Kanakuk in 1978 at the age of 15 and full-time since 1988, managing many areas over the years such as Purchasing, Marketing, Photography and Transportation. Of these, her first love has always been transportation as she thrives on the finagling, variety and pressure it demands. God used Kanakuk to change her life and she feels "blessed beyond measure to be a part of this family and ministry."
