Mandy Price

Mandy Price began their career in 2006 as a Corporate Attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where they worked on a variety of transactions, including the representation of General Electric Company in a strategic plan to sell most of GE Capital's assets and the representation of PetroLogistics and its parent, Propylene Holdings LLC, in its $2.1 billion sale to Flint Hills Resources. In 2017, they moved to Barnes & Thornburg LLP as a Partner in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Corporate Governance. In 2018, they co-founded and became the CEO of Kanarys, Inc., a technology company that provides the tools organizations need to create long-term, systemic change around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) challenges.

Mandy Price attended Harvard Law School from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained their J.D. degree. Prior to that, they attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1999 to 2003, where they earned their BBA in Business Honors/Finance.
