Jakub Drzazga

Jakub Drzazga is an experienced professional in Agile methodologies, currently serving as an Accredited Kanban Trainer at Kanban University and a Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org since June 2019. As the owner of Agile Coaching - Jakub Drzazga, since May 2015, Jakub specializes in conducting group trainings and individual coaching sessions focused on Kanban, Scrum, and Evolutionary Project Management. Previous roles include Agile Coach at Objectivity, where Jakub led internal trainings and supported Scrum Masters, and Board Member at NOMTEK, overseeing corporate strategy and process improvements. Jakub's career began as a Scrum Master at Nokia Siemens Networks, where significant contributions were made to Agile training and the development of self-organizing teams.
