Damian Connolly

Damian Connolly has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Damian currently holds the position of Head of Engineering at Kanes Foods Ltd, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Lead Engineering Manager at Ornua Ingredients, beginning in September 2021. In 2021, they also worked as an Engineering Manager at Pilgrims Pride. Damian's earlier roles include being the Works Engineering Manager at Polytec body styling from 2012 to 2020, the RCM Engineering Manager at Graphic Packaging International from 2007 to 2012, and the Engineering Manager at Natures Way Foods from 2002 to 2007. Before that, they were the Owner of D J Engineering Ltd., where they worked as a self-employed Mechanical/Electrical engineer from 1994 to 2002.

Damian Connolly pursued their education in the field of Business and Strategic Management. Damian started their academic journey at Hereford, where they obtained their Degree from 2009 to 2010. Later, they went on to pursue a Masters degree in Business Strategic Management and Leadership from Gloucester in 2012.
