Jim Ryave

Jim Ryave has a diverse range of work experience in sales and leadership roles within the technology industry. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Sales at KANINI, a company that specializes in digital adoption and provides expertise in ServiceNow, Data Analytics & AI, Product Engineering, and Cloud Enablement.

Prior to their current role, Jim held positions such as the President and VP of the HDI Central Florida Chapter, where they worked to enhance the professional association for IT service and technical support professionals.

Jim also worked as an Account Executive at ATSG, selling Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity Services to global and large accounts.

Additionally, Jim has experience as an Outside Sales Representative at Cirrus Systems, Inc., achieving exceptional sales performance and exceeding annual sales quotas.

Furthermore, they served as a Senior Account Executive at Optima ECM Consulting, where they sold Managed IT Services and implementations of SAP and OpenText solutions to new large strategic clients.

Jim has also held positions at Ricoh USA and Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., where they worked as a Business Process Consultant and Software Specialist, exceeding sales goals and building a large sales pipeline.

Prior to that, Jim worked as the Business Development Manager at ISS Solutions, a leading provider of Managed IT Services and Healthcare Technology Management solutions.

Lastly, Jim served as the Director of Sales at Attivasoft, LLC, an IT services consultancy and BMC Software Partner.

Jim Ryave holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained various certifications, including ITIL Version 3 from OGC, Certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross, Celonis Certification from Celonis, Ariba Certification from Ariba, VSP & VTSP Certification from VMware, PagePack Certification from Xerox, and a Certificate in Installing and Configuring Remedy ITSM 7 and CMDB 2 from BMC Software.
