Joshua Head

Joshua Head is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management within the hospitality and food service industries. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at TouchPoint Support Services since March 2020, Joshua focuses on enhancing the living experiences for Ascension Living residents and staff. As a former System Director, attention was placed on optimizing guest satisfaction in hospital settings. Additionally, Joshua holds roles as an Adjunct Professor at Kankakee Community College and Owner of Phoenix Food Safety. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Sodexo as General Manager, overseeing multiple divisions and locations, as well as an Area General Manager position at Yum! Brands. Joshua's educational background includes a certification in Culinary Arts from Joliet Junior College and a diploma from Herscher High School.
