Ryan Protzko

Ryan Protzko is currently the Co-Founder & President of Kanna Health, Founder & Director of New Atlas Biotechnologies, Inc., and Co-Founder of ZestBio. Prior to these roles, Ryan was a Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley in the Department of Bioengineering, specifically at the Dueber Laboratory. Ryan also served as an Entrepreneurial Research Fellow at Activate and was a Graduate Student Researcher at the Energy & Biosciences Institute. With a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, Ryan has also been involved in research at the National Science Foundation and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
