Ben Merkley

Benjamin Merkley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and solutions architecture. Currently serving as Senior Project Build Manager at Kanopi Studios since July 2023, Benjamin previously held the role of Solutions Architect at Portage CyberTech from January 2022 to May 2023. In this position, Benjamin excelled in information analysis, pricing estimates, and tailored client demonstrations using the Tell-Show-Tell framework. Prior to that, Benjamin was an Enterprise Solutions Architect at OPIN Software Inc. from April 2015 to October 2022, where expertise in value-based selling and client engagement enhanced product visibility. Benjamin's earlier roles included Lead Developer and Scrum Master, fostering Agile practices, and Drupal Web Developer, collaborating with cross-functional teams for project delivery. Benjamin's career began at Algonquin College Theatre as a Stage Manager, ensuring the logistics of performances. Benjamin graduated from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in 2014 with a degree in Interactive Multimedia Developer, Information Technology.
