Micha Goldfine

Micha Goldfine has been working in the design industry since 1998. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Freelance Web Developer and Designer, where they held the role of Designer and Studio Manager. In 2001, they became the Owner of a Design Studio at Migo, focusing on web, online, and multimedia projects. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Freelance, Self-Employed Design Consultant, providing professional design services. From 2012 to 2020, they held various roles at SiteMinder, including Experience Design Lead, Director of Brand, Head of Studio, and Senior UX and UI Designer. In 2020, they became the Head of Design at Prospecta Software, where they helped transform the company from a primary service lead to a product lead company. In 2021, they joined the Australian Institute of Company Directors as a Digital Product Designer, where they helped set the design foundations and principles, processes and tools. Finally, in 2022, they became the Head of Design at Kanopi.

Micha Goldfine's education history includes obtaining a Practial Engineer degree in Industrial Design from Hadassah College Jerusalem between 1994 and 1996. In 1998, they continued their education at Pratt Institute. In 2017, they attended Academy Xi for Marketing. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation in July 2022, a Design Thinking, Social Innovation, and Complex Systems certification from LinkedIn in March 2022, a Company Director Course certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in September 2021, and a Growth Marketing certification from Academy Xi.
