Rusty Parks

Rusty Parks has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Master Trooper with the Kansas Highway Patrol since July 2017. Parks has held various roles within the organization, including State Trooper and Recruit Trooper. From April 2008 to the present, Parks has also worked as a Tracker for Blue Line Tracking. Previous experience includes serving as an Operator with Southern Kansas SWAT from June 2016 to June 2017, and as both Deputy Sheriff and Corrections Officer with Cowley County Sheriff from April 2015 to June 2017. Additionally, Parks worked as a Patrolman and Public Safety Dispatcher with the Arkansas City Police Department from November 2007 to July 2013. Educational qualifications include training at the Kansas Highway Patrol Training Academy and the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center, along with an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Cowley County Community College.
