Barbara Lancaster

Barbara Lancaster has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Barbara started their career as an Executive Account Manager at LTC - Nortel Account Prime in 1997 and worked there until 2002. Barbara then founded and served as President of LTC International, a telecommunications and IT consulting firm, from 1996 to 2011. In this role, they led a team of specialists and helped customers improve their profitability.

Barbara also held the position of VP Major Accounts at MetraTech Corp, where they helped large enterprises solve billing and compensation issues from 2013 to 2014. Barbara later became the Vice President of Sales Americas at MetraTech from 2011 to 2013, leading sales and pre-sales solutions engineering teams.

Additionally, Barbara served as the VP Lighthouse Engagement at TM Forum from 2014 to 2017 and as the Consulting Services Director at Kansys, Inc. from 2017 to present. Barbara is currently working as a GCologist at The GC Index, a role they started in 2018.

Throughout their career, Barbara has demonstrated expertise in systems integration, profitability optimization, major account management, sales leadership, and technological innovation.

Barbara Lancaster attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 1978 to 1982. Barbara pursued studies in Business Administration during this period.
