Meeta Luthra

Meeta Luthra is an experienced professional in the field of market research and customer experience, currently serving as an Associate at Kantar since March 2022. Prior to this role, Meeta held several key positions at Nielsen, including Director of Customer Experience for Global Product Leadership from October 2013 to July 2015 and Director of Client Consulting at BASES MBA. Meeta also worked as a Customer Experience Champion for the India Region at The Nielsen Company from July 2010 to September 2013 and served as an Associate Director at Synovate from May 2007 to June 2010. Previous experience includes the role of Senior Project Director at IMRB International from September 2004 to May 2007. Meeta holds a Masters in Management Studies with a specialization in Marketing from Chetna Institute of Management (1994 - 1996) and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Psychology from Sophia College for Women (1990 - 1993).
