Stefina Madjarova

Stefina Madjarova is an accomplished professional in qualitative research, currently serving as the Head of Qualitative Research at Kantar since July 2013, where responsibilities include business development, project execution, and team recruitment and training across Bulgaria and the SEE region. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Research Manager at TNS BBSS and Qualitative Research Manager at Ipsos Understanding UnLtd. and Synovate, where notable achievements involved managing qualitative teams, executing research programs across the EMEA region, and fostering client relationships. Stefina began the career as a Qualitative Research Executive at Alpha Research Ltd. and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
