Andrew M. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Andrew started their career at Downeast Cider House as an Assistant to the CEO/CMO, where they provided support to the sales and marketing teams during the launch of the company's new branding. Andrew was responsible for tasks such as conducting industry benchmarking, managing expenses, maintaining vendor relationships, and coordinating schedules and travel itineraries.

After that, Andrew joined Cobalt Software, Inc. as a Sales Development Representative. Andrew exceeded their quota by delivering 125% of monthly sales-qualified leads and personally sourced $130k ACV through new enterprise clients. Andrew later became a Team Lead, Sales Development & Marketing, where they managed a team and directed B2B marketing strategies.

Currently, Andrew works at Kantata as a Senior Manager, Business Development. Andrew started as a Manager, Business Development, and was responsible for helping services organizations improve operational execution and drive financial performance. In their current role, they manage a Boston-based team of Commercial and Mid-Market Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and oversees outbound lead generation and the pre-sales process.
