Dayane Mayara has several years of work experience in customer service and administrative roles. Dayane started their career in 2017 at CONDOAUREUM, where they worked as an Auxiliar de escritório, handling tasks related to debt collection, finance, customer service, and condo registration. In 2019, Dayane joined Eu Amo Condominio as an Auxiliar Administrativo | Relacionamento, where they continued to provide customer service, assist with implementation, and handle data management. In 2020, they moved to uCondo as a Customer Success representative, focusing on strategic client migration, account management, and condo implementation. Currently, Dayane works at Octadesk as a Customer Service representative.

Dayane Mayara attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná from 2020 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Gestão comercial (Commercial Management). Throughout their education, they obtained additional certifications in various fields. In December 2020, they completed a course titled "Customer Success - Como Conquistar e Manter Clientes" through Sebrae PR. In the same month, they also achieved a certification in "Introdução ao Customer Sucess" from RD University. In January 2021, Dayane obtained a certification in "Fundamentos da Experiência do Cliente" from Universidade Track. Additionally, in June 2021, they completed the "Customer Success Essential" course through CS Academy. In June 2022, they obtained a certification in "You-C Inglês" from You-C Idiomas and in August 2022, they obtained a certification in "Negociação - Alura" from Alura.
