Ingunn Skogstad Oksås

Ingunn Skogstad Oksås has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Ingunn Skogstad started their career as a Software Tester at Ericsson Norway AS in 1995, where they designed and tested abonnent-tjenester for offentlig telenett, PSTN, ISDN, and IN-tjenester. Ingunn Skogstad was also responsible for designing and testing a mobilitetsløsning for offentlig telenett. In 1998, they became a Systemutvikler at the same company, where they led a design team of 4-6 people and was responsible for the analysis, design, programming, and development of an IP-telefoni system. Ingunn Skogstad'sresponsibilities also included user interface design and utilization of technologies such as Java, HTML, XML/XSL, Javascript, and Oracle.

In 2001, they moved to Telelogic Norge AS as a Senior Software Designer, where they worked on the design and testing of a protokoll for bruk i UMTS håndsett, focusing on blokkansvarlig duties for MAC in lag 2 av protokollen. In addition, they led a test team responsible for performance testing.

In 2003, Oksås joined NTNU as a Senior Engineer, and remained in that role until 2011.

Finally, in 2011, they joined Kantega as a Senior Test Manager, a position that they currently hold.

Ingunn Skogstad Oksås has a strong educational background in the field of electronics and technology. Ingunn Skogstad obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Electronics and Data Technology with a specialization in Organization and Leadership from the same university, which they completed from 2009 to 2013.

Additionally, Ingunn Skogstad Oksås has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. Ingunn Skogstad received the certifications of Certified Advanced Technical Test Analyst, Certified Tester Foundation Level – Agile Tester, Certified Advanced Test Manager, Certified Advanced Test Analyst, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Tester Foundation Level, and Certified Scrum Product Owner. These certifications were obtained from prestigious institutions such as the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board and Scrum Alliance within the time frame of 2010 to 2015.
