Pål Einar Tho began their career at Hafslund as a Customer Service Representative in 2003.

In 2003, they joined GE Capital, where they worked as a Sales Support Representative until 2004. From 2005 to 2009, they were a Forretningsutvikler / produktutvikler, leading an innovation program focused on a digitized loan application process for web shop clients and consumers. Pål Einar Tho played a crucial role in validating value propositions and developing a new business model.

In 2009, Pål joined GE Capital as a Produktsjef and played a vital role in launching and scaling their new automated loan process for web shop clients and consumers. In this role, they managed clients, conducted business development activities, performed interaction design, analyzed web traffic and market trends, and improved processes. Pål Einar Tho'sefforts significantly fueled the growth of the client portfolio, loan portfolio, and interest income.

From 2010 onwards, they joined Kantega and took on multiple roles. Pål Einar Tho started as a Sales Manager from 2010 to 2012. Then, from 2012 to 2015, they worked as an Interaksjonsdesigner. In 2015, they became the Fagansvarlig, design og brukeropplevelse, responsible for the design and user experience. Pål Einar Tho then became the Avdelingsleder, design og brukeropplevelse from 2016 to 2019, leading a team in the field of design and user experience. Currently, they hold the position of User Experience Lead at Kantega.

Pål Einar Tho attended this university from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they studied at BI Norwegian Business School from 1999 to 2001, pursuing a degree called Sivilmarkedsførerstudiet, NMH, with a focus on marketing and management. In addition to their academic background, they also obtained a Six Sigma Green belt certification from GE Capital in January 2004.
