Yvonne Stace started their work experience in 2006 as an Operator at Adecco Technical, where they were responsible for executing printer test operations, maintaining records, and coordinating with other staff. Yvonne then worked as a Route Driver at Inland Vending from 2007 to 2008, managing a snack and beverage vending route. From 2008 to 2014, Yvonne worked as a Technical Support Specialist at WDS Global, handling inbound tech support calls for a major wireless carrier. Yvonne also completed the Supervisor in Training program during this time. In 2014, Yvonne worked as a CSR Clerk 1 at MAXIMUS, handling inbound customer service calls and ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of clients. Yvonne then joined Wells Fargo as an On-Line CSR1, providing customer assistance with online access and identifying additional products and services to improve their financial situation. From 2015 to 2021, Yvonne worked at St. Luke's Health System as an Intake Coordinator, where they handled accounts payables for home health and hospice, trained and supported intake/registration functions, and uploaded documentation into the EMR. Yvonne's most recent work experience is as a Home Health & Hospice EMR Implementation Training Specialist at KanTime Inc., starting in 2021.
Yvonne Stace began their education journey in 2005 when they attended the Academy of Art University. During their time there, they focused on acting studies, although no specific degree was mentioned. In 2016, Yvonne pursued a Liberal Arts AA degree at the College of Western Idaho, majoring in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Between 2018 and 2021, they attended Western Governors University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Business Management. Currently, Yvonne is pursuing a Master's degree in Management and Leadership at Western Governors University.
