Fraser Clarke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and compliance across various companies. Currently serving as Head Of Service Operations at Kao Data since February 2022, Fraser leads initiatives in the development and operation of advanced data centres for AI and computing in the UK and Europe. Previous roles include Head of Compliance and Operational Performance at ISS Facility Services UK, Strategy Change Manager and Property Operations Manager at Santander UK, and Head of Technical Services at Carillion. Fraser's career began as an Apprentice Electrician, progressing through various positions at Mitie and as a self-employed electrician before taking on management roles.
