Antonella Castro

Antonella Castro has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent position being General Counsel at KAP7 International, Inc. In this role, they provide support to the executive leadership team and focuses on creating efficiencies and driving business growth. Antonella is also responsible for negotiating and drafting various agreements related to the company's global business.

Prior to their role at KAP7, Antonella worked as Special Outside Counsel at Abram Roy LLP, representing private equity, developer, and construction clients. Antonella oversaw and managed financing transactions, acquisitions, and construction projects, and drafted loan documents and agreements.

Antonella also served as Special Outside Counsel and In-House Senior Counsel at Mobilitie from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Paul Hastings, where they specialized in real estate and private equity transactions. Antonella advised clients on a range of real estate issues and negotiated and drafted related documents.

Their earlier experiences include working as an Extern to Federal Magistrate Honorable Andrew J. Wistrich at the United States District Court, Central District of California, and as a Project Coordinator and Contract Administrator at Rodarti Law Group, where they prepared and reviewed real estate development and construction contracts.

Antonella began their career as a Felony One Investigative Intern at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, where they gained experience in drafting legal documents and conducting investigations for trial preparation.

Antonella Castro pursued their education from 2000 to 2004 at UC Irvine, where they completed a Double BA in Crime, Law, Society & Psychology & Social Behavior. Following this, they attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles from 2005 to 2008, earning a JD degree in Law.
