Mahammad A. Ibrahimov

Mahammad Ibrahimov has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of the Bank Operations Office at Kapital Bank since November 2015, where previous roles included Head of Retail Sales Department and Deputy Director of Branch Management Department. Prior to this, Mahammad worked at Bank of Baku OJSC from March 2007 to November 2015, holding positions as Branch Manager and Loan Officer. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Division at the Azerbaijan Research Institute of Scientific Technical Information from March 2004 to March 2007 and as Head of the Trade Union Committee at Azerbaijan State University of Economics from September 2000 to 2003. Mahammad holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, as well as a Leadership program credential from Boğaziçi University completed in 2019.
