Rauf Y. Hajiyev

Rauf Y. Hajiyev is a board member at Kapital Bank OJSC. Rauf was previously the head of statejic development department at DemirBank from June 2007 to January 2014. There, they were responsible for strategic planning, financial planning and budgeting, and corporate governance. Rauf also oversaw the implementation of SAP software. From January 2014 to January 2016, they were the head of performance management at Nobel Oil Services UK. There they were responsible for performance management, corporate governance, and mapping out a plan for the company's IPO. Finally, from January 2001 to December 2007, they were the head of supervision methodology at the National Bank of Azerbaijan.
