Yusif Poladov

Yusif Poladov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social project management and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as President and Vice President of the Red Hearts Foundation since October 2021, Yusif oversees the implementation of social projects, establishes donor relations, and supervises financial and administrative functions. Concurrently, Yusif works at Kapital Bank as a Senior CSR Specialist and Internal Communications Expert, focusing on enhancing internal communication and organizing corporate events. Previous roles include Coordinator of the Regional Development Department at the Youth Development and Career Center and Regional Coordinator of the integrated social services model at UNICEF, showcasing a strong commitment to youth development and child protection. Yusif holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Anadolu University and has furthered professional development through programs at the Academy of Public Administration of Azerbaijan and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
