Caterina Garcia

Caterina Garcia is the Recruiting and DE&I Specialist, resident in the New York office. In her role, she is responsible for providing support for the day-to-day execution of attorney, law student, and staff recruiting functions at the firm.

Previously, Caterina was a Legal Recruiting Assistant at Gunderson Dettmer in New York where she helped organize lateral searches, and the summer associate program and coordinated recruiting efforts for the 1L diversity fellowship and on-campus recruiting.

Caterina received her B.A., cum laude, from New York University where she majored in Sociology and Public Health, with minors in both French and in Gender and Sexuality Studies. At NYU, she was on the Dean’s List and named a Julius C. Silver Scholar.
