Michelle McClellan

Michelle McClellan has extensive experience in customer service and business management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Kaplan Professional since April 2012, Michelle assists financial students in finding relevant courses and products for careers in Insurance and Securities. Additionally, as a Senior Consultant and Independent Business Owner with Mary Kay since August 1991, Michelle manages various roles including sales, marketing, and training. Michelle also holds the position of Lead Consultant with Scentsy since August 2011, promoting scented warmers and fondue products. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Sprint and Supervisor at APAC Customer Services. Michelle has education in Real Estate from Kaplan University and has attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
