Helen Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management within the education sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Systems for Kaplan International in Australia since August 2007, Helen has been responsible for overseeing operations in the Higher Education division, developing educational delivery systems, and training stakeholders to ensure quality support for education. Prior experience includes roles such as Course Logistics Manager at the Securities Institute of Australia and Channel Quality Manager at Pearson VUE, where Helen managed testing quality and operations in the Asia Pacific region. Helen holds a Master of Business and Technology from UNSW and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Newcastle.
