Ozerk Gogus

Ozerk Gogus is an accomplished data and analytics leader with extensive experience in driving data-driven insights and decision-making across various industries. Currently, as the Head of Data and Analytics at Kaplan since January 2021, Ozerk leads a global team of over 50 professionals, focusing on customer engagement and lifecycle management. Prior experience includes serving as SVP of Data Science and Analytics at L Brands, where Ozerk managed analytics for Victoria's Secret and implemented AI/ML capabilities that resulted in a significant sales increase. Ozerk also held key roles at AIG, Citibank, JP Morgan Chase, and AT&T Labs, contributing to data governance, consumer banking analytics, and performance management. Ozerk holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University, along with multiple advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, highlighting a strong academic background in decision analysis and engineering.
