With a background in marketing and consumer relations, Michael has experience in managing B2B/B2C websites, optimizing product pages, and implementing revenue growth strategies across various online retailers. He holds a degree in Marketing Studies from Seneca Polytechnic and an Honours Diploma in Recording Arts Management from Harris Institute for Recording Arts College.
