Ranjini Bhardwaj

Ranjini Bhardwaj's work experience begins in 2018 at GoCrackIt, where they worked as a Business Operations Analyst. Their responsibilities included creating flow charts for B2B and B2C clients, managing data and visualisation tools, and serving as a point of contact between mentors and students. Ranjini also conducted market research to expand the business to tier two colleges in Karnataka and Mumbai. Ranjini then moved on to Kapture CX in 2020, where they held various roles. As a Business Process Lead, they engaged with clients to understand their CRM requirements and suggested workflows to automate business processes and enhance customer experience. Ranjini worked closely with the management team on product development, info security, CRM audits, and data visualization. Prior to this role, they also served as a Process Associate and an Inbound Sales and Process Specialist at Kapture CX.

Ranjini Bhardwaj obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Additionally, they earned a certification in Data Science Foundation from IABAC™ - International Association of Business Analytics Certifications in January 2019.
