Shinoj Francis

Shinoj Francis is currently a Senior Mining Engineer at Karara Mining Limited, where they are appointed as Alternate Quarry Manager and Alternate Site Senior Executive. With previous experience at companies such as Ora Banda Mining Limited, BHP, Mineral Resources Limited, Rio Tinto, and Silver Lake Resources, they have a strong background in drill and blast design, mine planning, and overseeing mining operations. Shinoj holds a Graduate Diploma in Mining Engineering from Curtin University, a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Communications and Information Engineering from Griffith University, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bharathiar University.
