Joanne Wang

Joanne Wang serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Lollicup USA, Inc. since July 2003, where responsibilities include operations strategy, compliance management, vendor program management, and data analysis of performance metrics. Previously, as VP of Sales & Operations, Joanne led the initiation of the company's first e-commerce platform and oversaw various departments including CSR, HR, IT, and Business Development while managing partner relationships and expansion activities. Prior experience includes roles at Premier Telemedia / Vertex Telecom / PINCITY from June 1997 to July 2003, where Joanne was involved in employee training, marketing and operating e-portal sites, and leading projects for international call-back systems, managing sales and operations for domestic and international offices.
