Austin Heimark

Austin Heimark is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and strategy development, primarily at Karat from January 2017 to the present. Initially serving as a Business Analyst Intern and later in various strategic roles including Senior Customer Success Manager and Strategy & Insights Manager, Austin demonstrated significant impact by building the customer success organization and leading key initiatives, such as closing the first government deal for Karat. Austin also excelled in sales as an Account Executive, becoming a top performer in the midmarket team and securing the largest contract to date. Prior experiences at Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and various software engineering roles contribute to a well-rounded skill set complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from Penn State University.
