Scott Cohen is the Head of Finance at Karat. Prior to joining Karat, Scott served as the Director of Finance at 98point6 Inc., leading financial planning and analysis. While at 98point6 Inc., Scott successfully incubated a BI function.

Prior to their time at 98point6 Inc., Scott worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Microsoft, where they developed strategic and financial analyses to advance initiatives across a range of spaces, including media and entertainment, hardware and enterprise software.

Before joining Microsoft, Scott spent two years as a Senior Vice President at GE Capital. During their time at GE Capital, Scott developed original analyses that enabled GE Capital to expand its addressable market for leveraged loans. Additionally, Scott supported over 20 leveraged finance deal opportunities in the TMT space through a combination of due diligence, research and business analyses.

Scott began their career in 1999 as an Equity Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Scott left Lehman Brothers in 2005 to join Amber Capital as a Vice President and Senior Investment Analyst.

Scott Cohen has a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and a Certification from the CFA Institute in Chartered Financial Analyst Designation. Scott is currently The Emerging CFO: Strategic Financial Leadership at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Scott Cohen reports to Mohit Bhende, CEO and Co-founder. They work with Neil Kumar - CTO, John Besteman - SVP, Sales, and Erez Yarkoni - EVP, Customer Operations & Revenue.
