Xin Xia

Xin Xia has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2017, Xin worked as an English Instructor at the American and European International Study Center, where they planned the establishment of a new branch and taught English classes to students. In 2020, Xin joined RMDS Lab as a Data Analyst, focusing on researching quarantine policies, investigating the impact of the Coronavirus, and organizing information for its release. Alongside this role, Xin also worked as a Product Analyst at PocketCFO, where they analyzed opportunities for business software integration and provided suggestions for improving strategies. Xin then transitioned to Tiger Brokers in 2021 as a Product Manager, implementing automatic bank account authentication and achieving a significant reduction in manual audits. Currently, Xin works as a Product Manager at Karbon Card, leading a team in designing and developing InvoAce, a SaaS platform that simplifies invoice management for SMEs.

Xin Xia completed a Bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from Case Western Reserve University, from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, Xin Xia enrolled at the University of Southern California and pursued a Master's degree in Analytics, which was completed in 2021. Additionally, Xin Xia obtained two certifications: "Customer Analytics and A/B Testing in Python" from DataCamp in June 2020, and the "Google Analytics Individual Qualification" from Google in July 2020.
