Sara Sedgwick

Sara Sedgwick is an experienced Global HR Business Partner and Regional Human Resources Director for North East Europe at Kardex. Previously, Sara held multiple roles at CooperVision, including Regional HR Manager for EMEA, Nordics, and the UK, as well as HR Project Manager for EMEA. Sara has also worked at Bausch & Lomb as an EMEA HR Outsourcing Project Manager and served as HR Shared Services Manager at MMC. Starting the career as an HR Specialist at IBM, Sara possesses a strong educational background with a degree in Scandinavian Studies with Management Studies from University College London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Portsmouth.
