Emma Sheppard

Emma Sheppard is the Head of Customer Operations at KareInn. Emma has over 19 years of experience in project management, having worked at Civica, Advanced Health & Care, and Kent County Council. Emma has a proven track record in delivering software solutions to customers, and is passionate about helping organisations transform the way they work.

Emma Sheppard was educated at Folkestone Grammar School for Girls and went on to achieve a certification in Prince2 Practitioner.

Their manager is Kate Colborne-Baber, Managing Director. They are on a team with Phil Brown - Chief Product Officer, Dan Charlton - CTO, and Rachelle Mills - Director, Innovation & Partnerships.
